Great customer service! I have a Jeep eco diesel, and for those of you who know there have been many recalls on the emissions. Recalls have created unwanted performance in the vehicle and problems with the DPF, a filter that’s supposed to clear when regenerating. I was on verge of Limp mode when I pulled in with no appointment. Their service rep took me in even though they had a full service schedule. Got me a loaner car immediately! Kept in touch with me, updating status, concerns, remedies. Very appreciative on their communication and understanding my issues with eco diesel. We got everything taken care of in 1.5 days and I have my Jeep back, problems for now fixed! More

I just had my oil changed and tires rotated. For the 2nd time the mechanic failed to place a windshield sticker on my vehicle to remind me when to next have my oil changed. He also neglected to replace my 'tire lock' in the vehicle. Hopefully I don't get a flat before my tire lock can be returned. I'm not pleased with the quality of service at this dealership More
Called a week in advance to schedule an oil change and get pricing info. After confirming time and price I then proceeded to dealership on DAT off service appointment and the service done was great, but w get pricing info. After confirming time and price I then proceeded to dealership on DAT off service appointment and the service done was great, but when they gave me the invoice to pay, it was $70 more than what was quoted with only the scheduled oil change was done, no extra work has been done to my truck. Had to go back and forth multiple times to pay what I was quoted and the end result was I still had to pay more than what was quoted. More

Used car buyer, beware. This is by far, the worst experience I've ever encountered buying a used vehicle. I was at the dealer 5 times, to pickup the vehicle, assured it was This is by far, the worst experience I've ever encountered buying a used vehicle. I was at the dealer 5 times, to pickup the vehicle, assured it was "ready". It in fact was the opposite. I'm well over 1.5 hrs from the dealership, but it was the vehicle I wanted. I didn't mind the first few times, I understand things go wrong. I've been in the service industry before. I get it. But, the lack of communication and absolute incompetence of the service department, just put me over the edge. Sales, will literally tell you whatever sounds good without having any actual knowledge of what's going on. Each time I spoke with my salesperson, it was a different story. It's all ready to be picked up, all the maintenance was done. Get in the truck, change oil light on, out of fuel, out of DEF fluid. We are ordering parts, no we are taking it to a glass shop to get the window fixed. Replaced the tires, sensor fails, no one realizes the front tire is leaking air. I come to pick it up, obviously can't go far on a leaking tire. Spoke with the General Sales Manager, Sam. He assured me (while speaking over me, not allowing me to talk or ask questions) he was personally going to take care of all the issues ASAP. This, unfortunately was a blatant tactic to get me off the phone so he could yell at someone else to resolve the issues. 8 days from purchase I finally have the vehicle. While I know this will most definitely fall on deaf ears, I can't express enough the disappointment and unsatisfactory experience it was dealing with this dealership. 0 out of 10, I don't recommend. Nor will I to anyone in the future. More
