If i could give a ZERO I would .. I just had the most horrible experience at Henderick Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram Concord NC. I dropped my 2025 Jeep Wrangler off bc I was getting an error code on U connect (navigation screen) and my back camera was not displaying. The screen would go black when I was driving ., I told them that it needed to be driven as it was intermittent. Well they had my Jeep for two days and when I called and spoke to my service advisor(it took 3x for him to call me back)he said they drove my Jeep several times and did not get the code. They wanted to keep it another day . I said no I will be picking it up . Well I am glad I picked it when I got in my jeep I noticed the mileage was exactly the same as when I dropped it off. I can’t believe they had the audacity to lie to me and said that they drove it; when clearly they didn’t. I was even given a receipt at checkout showing the same miles when I checked in and out. I will never bring my Jeep to this dealership again!

I bought my 2015 Jeep Wrangler from Stateline 11 years ago and had every service done at the dealership. I now own a newer Jeep Wrangler and continue to have Hector Rivera at Stateline oversee all service work. Whether it's an oil change, mechanical repair or installing a lift kit/wheels and tires, I only trust Hector at Stateline to take care of my Jeep. I especially love the videos they text showing you problems needing the be addressed with a detailed explanation of what needs repair. This is transparency at its best as dealerships and mechanics often get a bad name for misleading customers. Stateline has gone above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction, trust, honesty and transparency. I won't trust my Jeep to any other dealership.

I had a FANTASTIC experience with Marburgers. We worked with Darian the entirety of the sale. Not only was he not pushy, he was personable, kind, and met on multiple days to see that we were taken care of. We even had a family emergency (while having our current car with a flat tire) and they let us keep one of their new cars for over a day so I could get my children from school and address our family matter. Now THATS the kind of people I want to give my business to. I can’t recommend Darian and The Marburger dealerships enough. We will be back, and we WILL be referring others as well. Thank you!!😊

If I could give 0 stars I would. I would not refer my worst enemy to this place. Communication at this dealership sucks, and they love to give you the run around if you have issues with the vehicle that’s been purchased from them. Crooked dealership to deal with and quite frankly so is the owner himself. I was sold a lemon vehicle with a purchased warranty and was informed by one of the employees at this dealership at my time of purchase that the warranty was “bumper to bumper” later found out that was not a thing and I was miss informed at the time of purchase. At one point I was able to return the vehicle I purchased from this place and done paperwork to get back in the vehicle that I traded- Had my old car for 1 week just to get a phone call informing me that it was not approved EVEN though I left with paper work stating that it had been approved. I had to return the old vehicle and leave in the “lemon” this dealership sold me. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THIS CROOKED DEALERSHIP! May I add the 1 week I was back in my old vehicle that this dealership let me leave in me being under the assumption that it had been financed and approved they had the vehicle I purchased from them on their website for sale. I was also offered little to no help with having the car fixed even though issues started happening the day of purchase.

Wagoneers are dented on rear hatch 2023/2024! MFG DEFECT! Beware!! Do not buy! Jeep not standing behind defect. Expect customers to accept defective product! $80k for defective dents! Legal is involved. Jeep needs to issue national recall per 4 different dealers! Owners/Jeep rep make fun of buyer in back office! Have recording! Have not once reached out to customer to try and fix issue! They will not stand behind product! MFG OR OWNER! RUN!!!
