Sold me a car that did not get break pads and Rotors replaced before I got it, went to the shop after about a month for oil change routine stuff and was told that all of them needed to be replace. Have been trying to get into contact with someone and every time I call they say they will call back, never happens, maybe once and then he didn’t even know why I called him back or who I was when he called me saying he could help. It’s a couple of months later and I am finally getting in touch with someone and he’s saying that I waited too long. It shouldn’t matter when they sold me a car that wasn’t inspected properly. They inspected it twice before I got it. Recommend taking you car directly to a shop if you get one from here. Highly disappointed! More

I recommended this place of business to my friend. He went on line did an application and was told that the finance officer would be in touch with him and his name was Chris. He left several messages He went on line did an application and was told that the finance officer would be in touch with him and his name was Chris. He left several messages for him as he said he waas trying to locate a vehicle that would fit the banks criteria for the loan he was approved for we are into week three and after several calls to this gentleman with voice mail that is always full that can not accept messages and several of the pleasant ladies who answer the phone walking messages over to him he never received the courtesy of a return call or info in a three week time period. This is not just unprofessional but not the experience that I had expected for him to receive from such a highly rated dealership. I will never recommend this dealership to any other person and I am informing everyone I meet who mentions purchasing a vehicle I am also recommending that my friend Anthony Perkins goes on every consumer platform and let his experience be known about Stateline Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram of Fort Mill SC. More
