Very efficient I had a great experience from beginning to end. She even looked up that I had an extended warranty that covered a rental and had it ready for me when I showed up. I was greeted promptly when I arrived for my appointment and walked to my Service Advisor (Amanda). I was on my way with my rental in 30 minutes. Amanda called later in the day to tell me what was wrong with my car and said they’d have it done in about an hour. She researched my warranty info for me and got that squared away. She called back in an hour to let me know it was done. She wasn’t there when I arrived because she was sick (I could tell she had a cold or something) and left a little early, but another gal greeted me promptly and cashed me out and had someone bring my car. I was in and out in less than a day. I had another CJDR dealership do the exact same service on my last Challenger (wheel speed sensor) and they had it 3 days. Stateline put that other dealership to shame today and they will get my business next time. More

Service department The service department is more interested in getting you in and out than listening to your problems. Did put down things I asked them to do. Low Ball Offer I attempted to trade in my car on a new Ram Rebel. I was offered 8,000 less than it’s value and called a liar by the sales manager when I told him the I attempted to trade in my car on a new Ram Rebel. I was offered 8,000 less than it’s value and called a liar by the sales manager when I told him the options on my car. He walked outside and saw the options but said since the VIN did not show them he couldn’t confirm they actually were on the car. I will never return to this dealer for anything. I had to demand 5 times they give me my keys so I could leave before they stopped trying to tell me the KBB value on my car was wrong and they had the best deal I could get. I called another dealer and site unseen they offered me 5k more than Stateline. More

Great at call back and ease of setting the appointment also same day service. Was hit with the typical dealer you need this this and this $1000. I was prepared but did do a couple of services. All in all not a bad experience and will go back. More
