Never had a good experience. My husband and I went in to this dealership knowing exactly what we wanted. The sales team found something similar that we agreed upon. The GM was brought over to talk to us and at that point we should have left, it was not an enjoyable experience. We were there late and signed the paperwork for a Jeep that would have to be transferred from another dealership. The finance manager changed his entire attitude when we declined any additional products/warranties. Then the next day we get a call that the Jeep we signed for just the night before was sold the morning before, shouldn't they have known that when we signed? But they have another one, but it would cost several thousands more. No thanks. We got our money back. In their service department, they tried to charge us $600-$700 for leak. We tried to verify that it was under warranty and the repair department was very uncooperative. We took to another dealership and the repair was about $200. I will drive further just so I don't have to go to this dealership. More

Bought a new Wrangler at Stateline - GREAT EXPERIENCE!!! I spoke with Dan Buddin @ Stateline during a service appointment about 1 month ago. I told him I would be in the market for a Wrangler in 3-4 weeks. I spoke with Dan Buddin @ Stateline during a service appointment about 1 month ago. I told him I would be in the market for a Wrangler in 3-4 weeks. Dan graciously let me drive a Jeep, applied no pressure at all, and sent me fliers in the mail to keep in touch. Dan was very attentive to explain features, return phone calls, locate vehicles, and secure the final deal, even in light of other deals being proposed by other dealerships. He has been available via cell/txt, e-mail and in-person, and this availability made me very comfortable with the purchase of our new Wrangler. Car buying is not always an easy/comfortable process but Dan and the Stateline team made it enjoyable. My family has two Chrysler products, and we always get them serviced at Stateline – we will continue to use and recommend the services your dealership offers based on this experience. More
