Viet Lou has a great demenor and understood my position on price and worked to meet my price. I accepted the deal on the first offer which I thought was more than fair. I never accept the deal on the first offer. Joe Watts got me in and out during the final transaction. He worked to make me feel comfortable throughout the final transaction. These three guys are excellent. I appreciate the promptness in which the overal deal had transpired. I am definitely purchasing a vehicle from that group again. I will recommend the group to all my friends and peers. More

I will tell everyone I know to go to Stateline! Upon entering the dealership, we were greeted with happy faces. The young lady at the door( on the outside mind you) greeted us, and shook mine, and Upon entering the dealership, we were greeted with happy faces. The young lady at the door( on the outside mind you) greeted us, and shook mine, and my daughters, hand and directed us to the service desk. The sales manager came out and greeted us and said that someone would be right out . Chenika Gadson came up and introduced herself, and said that she was going to walk us through the process. We did some paper work and then she said we were going outside, to look at cars within the budget. I was thinking we would see two or three, but we looked at MANY vehicles, and she took her time and explained all the ends and outs to the ones that truly had our interest. Finally we had picked out the one that we really wanted and we went for a test drive. That was the best part(other than taking the car home!). Chenika had more paperwork to do but she made us confident in the choice that had been made, and that we were going to leave with a Dodge Caliber! And we most certainly did! Kudos to Stateline for helping to secure a car that I am happy and confident in owning and driving. From the young lady at the front, to the finance manager, who made it his business to explain all the details in owning a car, and how what you do impacts your credit. To the young man I talked to on the phone that helped to start this entire process, to the crown jewel; Chenika Gadson! You are the best, and I and my daughter wish you much success, and I have no problem being a moving advertisement for Stateline! More
It went great then bad I called them because I saw a Honda Crv for sale for around the price I wanted. Mike Wingard answered and he is the sales rep I met with when I went to look at the Honda. I have a 05 Ford Taurus I was considering trading in to go towards the Honda. When we met with Mike he was very nice and friendly. We took the Honda out for a spin. It drove great. The interior and exterior were in poor condition for being a 08 but other than that it seemed pretty nice. After the drive we sat down at his desk and talked about the trade in value for the car. He threw an offer on the table, a decent one I might add, but when I told him I wanted to look around a bit as this was the first car we looked at out of a few we wanted to see to compare. And once I said that he got pretty serious and almost mad seeming saying "You know this offer is only for today and next time you come in don't be expecting this same deal" And of course that doesn't sound that bad when reading what he said but the way he said it was almost a threat. After that he just seemed mad and was kind of rude. Any good sales rep would say "I understand, that's smart to sleep on it" and give you a moment to consider if not a day or two. But no he meant business and only business and once we said we wanted to think about it and keep shopping around all the smiles and friendliness went out the window. Overall the car looked a bit junky and Mike was great at first but then was rude. I wouldn't go back. Though maybe some of the other sales reps wouldn't have pressured us as much and might have been more professional. More

Exceptionally Pleasant New Car Purchase When my trusty 83,000-mile Honda Pilot recently began to show signs of age, I opted to replace it rather than invest in repairs. Since my carpool day When my trusty 83,000-mile Honda Pilot recently began to show signs of age, I opted to replace it rather than invest in repairs. Since my carpool days are finally over, I no longer need an 8-passenger vehicle but still want the 4 wheel drive and cargo space my Pilot provided. After viewing and reviewing every SUV and crossover on the market, I settled on the Jeep Patriot. It met my requirements for space and performance without the pricey electronics and upscale interiors that are pointless in a family with teens, dogs, horses and the gear that goes with them. The challenge came when due to time constraints I had to actually negotiate and make the purchase without assistance from my husband or any other companion. Car dealerships have a well-deserved reputation for preying on single females, and while I wasn't put off by the challenge I wasn't exactly looking forward to it, either. Cedric and the team at Stateline Jeep surprised me with their no-pressure, no-BS, non-condescending approach (very different from another Jeep dealership in the Charlotte area which I also visited). Maybe the fact that I knew exactly which vehicle I wanted helped, and I was prepared to walk away and repair my old reliable Pilot, but in the end the process of buying a new vehicle was genuinely pleasant with Cedric Fullwood at Stateline Chrysler-Jeep-Dodge.
