I will not tell a fib, we actually planned to go while raining so not to be approached as quickly, so we could again just "look" at the vehicles and options. The weather was uncooperative so we researched options online and went to visit with some basic knowledge. Ernest approached us and provided us with the remaining details we needed to know. We were very pleased to be able to purchase this vehicle and were happy that we could work out an agreement for finance that would suit our needs. The finance person was very friendly and quickly got us through our options and paperwork so we could be on our way. Ernest explained all details of the journey, showing us the uconnect options as wells as taking time to help me set up my phone utilizing Bluetooth. We like more of the Mopar options and may decide in the near future to purchase more of them. Thank you so much for making our new vehicle purchase enjoyable. More

Great Experience! We first visited Stateline a couple of weeks ago to test drive a Jeep Cherokee sport. Dan Hagen took us on two test drives. It was a great fact finding mission as we discovered that we preferred the Jeep Cherokee Latitude because of the availability of the V-6 engine ( I like a little more power than the 4 Cl provides). On Saturday we ventured to a dealership in North Carolina for the sake of staying open minded and happened to zero in a car that we liked there. It had everything we were looking for except our color of preference. We immediately called Stateline to see if they had the same car we were looking at in NC only in our color of preference. They did. After a brief conversation over the phone, Stateline agreed to match the the offer we had on the table from the dealership in NC. So we drove all the way from the NC dealership to Fort Mill, SC to make the deal. Stateline was true to its word! They had the car ready and waiting and made good on the price they had quoted us over the phone. Their car was actually a bit nicer than the car we had been negotiating for in NC and was our color of preference! Dan, Keith, Terrell, and Joe were the men we worked with to get the deal completed! All four were friendly, considerate, and knowledgeable about the product and the process. We truly had a great experience! And, by the way, I absolutely love my new car! More

I am a proud owner of a 2014 Dodge Avenger!!! I am so Thankful to had been given a chance to own my very own Brand New car for the first time. I've been to other dealership and dealt with a lot of sales men with alot of slick talk. From the first time speaking with Mr. JOHNSON he was nothing but understanding and helpful. Not to mention, honest. We sat down and look over my credit. Now my credit... I was told in the past tht I would not be able to get anything but a car with high mileage. But after speaking with Mr. JOHNSON I was happy to say. He did not let me settle for just anything. We looked at their inventory and pick the car tht I Wanted. Honestly, I didn't expect to get what I picked out. My experience here at Stateline Automotive what nothing but a blessing. Everyone at Stateline is very friendly (I know they all are because they want our money but it doesn't feel fake). I tried a couple of time to get a Ram 1500 but at the time it just wasn't in the cards and Trey made me feel at ease every time. I would check twice before you go to the other dealerships that offer all the "free stuff" after the sale and then check Staeline because you will not be disappointed, I know I am not! My boyfriend and I stopped by on a random Friday night before dinner to look at Jeep Patriots. Cecile greeted us outside right away and showed us all the new Patriots on the lot. The very last one we saw before dinner to look at Jeep Patriots. Cecile greeted us outside right away and showed us all the new Patriots on the lot. The very last one we saw didn't have everything I wanted, but it was close enough. It was getting late in the evening so we said we could come back the next day around noon. When we arrived Saturday morning, we were again greeted by Cecile and he told us that he had good news and bad news: the bad news was that the vehicle I liked the night before was already being pursued by another customer, but the good news was that he found another one that he knew I would love. He had remembered ALL the features I had on my wish-list and tracked down the perfect match. I was sold right away. The whole process went as smoothly as possible. Cecile was extremely helpful, personable, and friendly. He was not pushy or annoying, unlike most of the sales people I've dealt with in the past at other dealerships. I'm BEYOND pleased with my car trading/buying experience at Stateline with Cecile Henderson, and even more happy with my new Jeep Patriot!! Sadly, I will not be back anytime soon because I love the new car so much. I will, however, refer everyone I know! :) -Danielle Stacks More

Overall, our experience with Stateline Chrysler Jeep Dodge was very good. This was due entirely by our salesman Doug. All of the greats and goods we selected are for him. However, there were several times where we were about to walk away from the dealership when the Sales Manager Chuck tried to take over. Chuck was rude, condescending, and came off as a stereotypical "sleazy used car salesman". Whereas Doug made us feel comfortable, Chuck seemed more interested in squeezing every drop of money out of us that he possible could. Chuck became visibly irritated when we declined to use Chrysler Capital for our financing and repeatedly told us that it would be in our best interest to finance though them and then asked if we could at least do him a favor and finance through Chrysler for 3 months and then refinance. I don't know if he has something personal against Doug, but it appeared that he did by the way he talked down to Doug right in front of us. We had told Doug upfront that we had no intention of financing through Chrysler and he didn't press the issue. Chuck, on the other hand, tried pushy sales tactics to make us do that though. Overall Doug made the sale happen and I will recommend him to anyone in the market for a car. I will go to another dealership before I deal with Chuck again. Alex Bryan Craig More
