I went to Stateline Jeep after a frustrating visit to another Jeep dealer in the Charlotte area. Mr. Henson greeted me in the parking lot and was extremely professional. He answered any question I asked and was NOT pushy at all. Originally Stateline did not have the exact vehicle I was looking for, but he did attempt to find one (he actually found two) for me. He was able to agree on a price with me without having to run back and forth and bring multiple people into the mix. I returned the next day to discuss a purchase and he informed me they would not be able to get me that vehicle. They had a very similar vehicle that had just come in and they could fit it with the two options I wanted. We were able to agree on a price with the sales manager and completed the transaction. Throughout the entire dealing with Mr. Henson, I felt comfortable and never felt like I was being pushed. The experience was much better then what I had experienced elsewhere and if I definitely come back to him and Stateline Jeep if I was looking for another Jeep or Chrysler vehicle. I visited Stateline Chrysler Jeep & Dodge to look at a Jeep Wrangler Unlimited. I was unsure what trim level I wanted, but I knew that I wanted a Jeep. I test drove a Jeep Wrangler Unlimited Sport, but I was in love with the Wrangler Unlimited Sahara! I discussed pricing, and in less than 1 hour I had settled on a very fair price, and completed my paperwork for the purchase.
