AWFUL experience. Salesman was apathetic, non-communicative, and unknowledgeable about the car we were interested in. Then the day following our visit, we were contacted 5 times by phone (all in the same day) by their sales team and even worse, by a third party company that the dealership gave our phone number out to. When I called and spoke with Tim, the "Manager", he was reluctant to provide his name, and was not in the least bit apologetic or concerned that a customer was upset over their business practices. NEVER will we ever step foot on their property again. More

After much research on the Stateline website, and comparison of websites of other dealers, I got the truck I was looking for and feel that it was at the lowest price available in this area. The sales representative was professional and friendly, and was able to knowledgably answer my questions and describe the features of the various vehicles we looked at. The paperwork was done quickly and professionally. Overall, I was very pleased with Statelines' performance and pleasant demeanor and find it has been consistent over the past seven years I have been dealing with them. More

OMG OMG OMG!!!! When I walked into that dealership after repeatedly being turned down by other dealers in the past year that I wasn't too upbeat about trying ONE MORE dealer. I knew my situation was a little challenging, but they did it and got me into a BEAUTIFUL brand new car. I am as happy as a fat lady on an all you can eat buffet. Working with this dealership is like being poked with a sharp hot object. Their finance people are incompetent (We traded in two vehicles and 4 months later we are still dealing with their screw-ups). We sharp hot object. We had to make 4 car payments in one month because they kept forgetting paperwork and kept having us come into sign the papers. They never return calls when you leave messages and are extremely rude, so is the receptionist. An underclassed 20 year old with a snooty attitude, god forbit you interrupt her texting to do her job! This is my 4th attempt with this dealership, 3 sales people and 3 finance people (Two of these employees are no longer there), never again. More

I took it for a test drive and I really liked it, but was undecided. I came home and thought about it, and decided to go back. Vince was busy with another customer, so Sandra Young came up and introduced herself to me. I felt it was a really good deal they were offering me, so I am now a proud owner of a 2011 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited.I must say that the staff was very friendly and did not try to push me into buying it, which I really liked. Every member of the sales team greeted me with a smile and offered me help. The management was also very easy to work with. I would like to thank them all for the wonderful experience. They clearly laid out several options for me and answered all my related questions simply and objectively. I will gladly advertise both at every opportunity. I would also like to add that the Chrysler 200 convertible is a sensational vehicle and I am puzzled that I do not see more of them on the road. Combine the expert reviews with one's own senses and experience and the conclusion is powerful. It has an excellent engine; top rate handling ability; and extremely attractive looks inside and out. I know I could not have found a better car for the same money---or frankly a good bit more. More

Perhaps a misunderstanding on my end but after our price "handsake" the $499 Millenium package was added to what I beleived to be the final price. The latter prevents me from giving a "great" score, but both Manny and Trey deserved a lot of credit. More

Vincent was the best and the other salesmen were gracious. We did not do a very good job at observing the vehicle except for a few finds and scratches which we were told can and will be repaired to gracious. Finding a car was very important to me for transportation to work, stability, security, and confidence in my vehicle. Trey Hales brought all of this to me and brought me exactly what I wanted and with options! He was VERY professional even when anxiety about buying a car was getting to me most. He and the team were very patient with me, they weren't push and allowed me to express my concerns so they could meet my needs as best as they could. My close friend was also with me and he so kindly communicated with us both. I wanted to run away but Trey and the rest of the Stateline group were very helpful, they did not haggle me or continue to raise the price on me, but they gave me the best deals possible. They did not stop, and they were not happy until I was happy and I was able to buy my first car, a new 2013 Dodge Dart! My needs are met, I have stability, security, and I hope to send friends to them should they ever be looking for a new car.
