I had an initially rough experience with a Jeep. Amanda, in the service department was very helpful. Ultimately, Tim the GM and Andrea in sales worked out a great deal to trade in my Jeep for a newer one. in the service department was very helpful. The 2014 Jeep Cherokee Limited I bought was to be delivered from a North Carolina dealership. That dealer reneged on the deal and I was really disappointed. But Jim and Tim helped me find an alternat delivered from a North Carolina dealership. That dealer reneged on the deal and I was really disappointed. But Jim and Tim helped me find an alternative Cherokee that met my needs. Both I and the dealership compromised and I got an even better price. The dealing experience was calm, co-operative and stress-free. This was perhaps the BEST new car buying experience I have ever experienced, despite the initial problems. I highly recommend buying a new car from Stateline. The dealership accepted pricing from "TrueCar" and was generous in my trade-in allowance. Folks, if you are into Chrysler products, buy from Stateline! More

This was the best pur with on the purchase. The enitre sales experience was pleasant. I have purchased vehicles from alot of dealerships in the past. This was the best purchasing experience I have had at a dealership. No hassle, did not take an inordinate amount of time. I will reccomend Stateline to people in the future. Thanks, Tom Vaughan More
I was initially greeted by a receptionist who introduced me to Mr Phillip Lemp. After I told him what I was looking for he in turn introduced me to Mr D'Alleva and his sales manager. We discussed my needs, me to Mr Phillip Lemp. After I told him what I was looking for he in turn introduced me to Mr D'Alleva and his sales manager. We discussed my needs, costs, terms and other logistics surrounding the vehicle that I had chosen. I had researched the truck from the dealer inventory before going to the dealership. The truck was brought from a sister dealership, test driven by me and the staff worked to insure that my needs were met. I was not high pressured to buy something that I didn't want, or subsequently didn't need, as I had been at another Dodge dealership. Many thanks to everyone involved. Sincerely, Ken Maidment More
I visited Stateline on a Monday afternoon. At about 5 pm I was given a paper with a price for the trade in and a price for the new vehicle. My salesperson was brand new, didn't even have a business car pm I was given a paper with a price for the trade in and a price for the new vehicle. My salesperson was brand new, didn't even have a business card yet. The new car sales manager (Tom) sat down at the desk and went over the offer. I said that I thought I'd move forward, that I'd call them the next day. The only reason I didn't execute then was I wanted to go home and look at finances and decide how much to put down in addition to the trade-in. Not a big deal. I called back at 8:30 the next morning to say I wanted to proceed. It took all day to get a call back ... I called 3 times. Poor Allison (the trainee salesperson) was distraught but was not permitted to return my call. FINALLY at 6 PM this Tom ("sales manager") called and said the trade-in offer I had been given was off the table because some person had been there when I was there who was willing to offer the price I was quoted but since I had not accepted it he'd gone on to somehting else. This was in NO WAY communicated to my while I was at the dealer ... no hint that it was now or never ... I was given a paper with the price on it and no suggestions that it was only good for that minute. THEN he laid the bomb that the rebate on the vehicle had been $2500 when I was sitting at the table with him and this untrained but nice lady. Unfortunately, in the period between 5 PM Monday and 8:30 AM Tuesday that rebate had been reduced to $2000. NO MENTION OF THIS while I was there. I wanted the vehicle I wanted and did buy it. But because of incompetence by this so-called new car sales manager, I was screwed out of $4200. I considered going to another dealer further away, but I did understand that they weren't going to do anything different. I had a great deal on the table Monday but NO ONE said ... take this now it won't be here tomorrow. The poor saleswoman did not have the knowledge to do it, and this Tom just didn't BOTHER. So I bought a car I liked, first new car in 4 years, and had tears in my eyes during the transaction because I felt I had been misled and badly treated. Since my poor little new employee saleswomen didn't even know enough to do the paperwork, they had another more experienced salesperson (Cedric) jump into help and he and the Finance Manager who did the paperwork both felt bad once they heard the story. The Finance Manager was wonderful, competent, and at least made sure I knew my concerns were heard by management. The last thing Cedric said to me was he wished he'd have seen me when I came in because he'd have made sure I knew if I didn't do the deal Monday numbers were going to change. a LOT. The little lady I did deal with said she wished they'd let her shadow someone so she could learn from their experience. They'd said they would but it never happened. She cannot POSSIBLY be successful without that. It isn't fair to her and it CERTAINLY isn't fair to the customer to put her out there unequipped to do the best job. I like my new car but I have a very bad taste in my mouth about the deal. If I'd gotten an experienced salesperson, or if Tom had done what should be his job, I'd have done the deal on Monday and saved literally thousands of dollars. Lesson learned ... do NOT just deal with the person who is standing on the lot. Find out before you go who is the top salesperson and march in and ask for them so you get complete information. In the case of Stateline, ask for Cedric. And NEVER EVER leave the building until you understand whether what you have been told today will be true tomorrow. I want my sales lady to be successful but this dealer has not equipped her to do that yet ... not fair to her and very expensive for me. Shame on Stateline. More
Buyer Beware: Quoted Price X on Saturday with Trade-in, plus tax title & fees. Was called back on Tuesday and offered "out-the-door" price - salesman made it seem like this was a price for the car without plus tax title & fees. Was called back on Tuesday and offered "out-the-door" price - salesman made it seem like this was a price for the car without trade-in. Upon further prodding, confirmed trade-in was included, but was "$800 more than last offer for trade." Doing the math, new price was X + $3000. Total of all taxes and fees was $1484. So they essentially offered me a worse deal by $1516. FYI...on used cars they attempt to charge $595 dealer fee and $495 Millenium Fee. Total dealer fees are $1090. They will tell you these fees are mandatory. Be careful of the bouncing ball with these guys. Scrutinize every number on the sales agreement. More
One of the absolute works car buying experiences I have had to date throughout my entire life. I would never buy a car from this dealership and the folks the wrote positive reviews must have been paid to had to date throughout my entire life. I would never buy a car from this dealership and the folks the wrote positive reviews must have been paid to do so. I went in to look at and test drive a Jeep Grand Cherokee Overland. The car I was given had film/glue on the inside of the window from shipment. I did not even take the car on the highway because it was nightime and with approaching car lights the film made it increadibly hard to see. The sales person, Dennis Phillips was absolutely clueless about the details of the car and even more so when it came to dealer inventory and packages. Furthermore, it is custom at this dealership to add the Mopar package. And I am not talking about the Chrome, etc. But what they are calling the Mopar package includes rubber mats, cargo rubber mat, and locking lug nuts...they wanted an additional $1K on the car because of this and an additional add-on. This is non-negotiable. I am sorry, but rubber mats and locking lug-nuts do not add 1K. These are supposed to be "Options"....not forced options. The manager that Dennis brought over was incredibly arrogant and not helpful. I will be buying a car before the Holidays and I can assure you it will not be from this dealership. The sales person kept saying....I hear what your saying; yeah, i don't think so!!! It is truly unbelievable how bad these folks I encountered tonight are at their jobs... More

Nice variety on the lot, with lots of color and engine options. The Dart is a very good car for the money and I was given a fair price for my trade in. A little more back and forth than I would have pre options. The Dart is a very good car for the money and I was given a fair price for my trade in. A little more back and forth than I would have preferred, but the staff was friendly, and we got the deal we wanted. Will definitely be back for my next car. More
