This was my first car purchase. Chance made it a very easy, smooth, and enjoyable experience. It was also great to get a tour of the service department, and how it operates. This place was a very shady business. First off, I knew more about the vehicle from researching than my salesman. When it came down to pricing they had a great Internet price, only to find out they later a more about the vehicle from researching than my salesman. I went back to buy the car and right away the price was up $600 because they said they added mats and wheel locks, which according to them could not be removed. When I asked for them to list all the additional fees, he tried to add in an additional $299 for those same things. There was no negotiating on price so I got up and walked out. I went to Keffer instead where I received awesome service and a great price. More
Bought a used 2008 Sebring from Burns Ford, A week ago the shift got stuck in park, Will not move you have to use a screw driver to slide lock. Mill. before going called spoke with someone in service, said the recall for that problem was done on my car Dec 2010, Well either it wasn't done or another defective part. I arrived at service dept, lots of workers but nobody helped me. had to go into an office and ask for help, Jay I showed him e-mail I got from Chrysler he looked up my vehicle, said it was done already and I would have to pay 90 dollars to look at it, I said clearly it is still a problem, he didn't care short answers, I said they said to call Chrysler ask for Joann. Jay said "I'm not going to listen to anyone on phone, That he wants something in writing from Chrysler that they will apy before they look at car, And if they determine it's not the recall I would have to pay, I said this issue is not common in cars, he said you kidding! we have lots of cars with shift lock problems so it is common! In 52 yrs and dozens of cars I've owned I never felt so unappreciated for being a Chrysler owner,I called Chrysler again, was told she would call dealer, I walked around for an hour, Had 5 salesmen approach to buy a car but nobody in service approached me, I went back to Jay and asked if Chrysler called, said nope and walked away, I threw up my hands and left. They do not care! showed no compassion for my problem, this is clearly a manufacture issue! Also I went to parts, dept. I asked man if he could tell me what dealer did the recall repair, He stated "By law I can not get this info because I didn't own car when so called repair was done" So I'm not entitled to know who repaired the car I own, Unbelieveable! The moment we arrive at Stateline everyone was friendly and very helpful. We asked for Cedric and once we were introduced, he did everything he could to help us. Everyone involved was helpful. Worst customer service I have gotten from any dealership, including bad post-sales follow-up and terrible car service. The sales managers don't follow up on any putstanding issues. The people in the service department have no idea what they're doing most of the time. This is one dealership I'll never buy from in the future. More

Cedrick is possibly one of the nicest guys I've ever met and Brittan was awesome. A very professional attitude but also a genuinely nice guy. I did not get to meet the sales managers but I'm sure based on these other guys, they are just as nice. I had dealt with Galeana Jeep in Columbia and was treated almost as if I were bothering them so coming here was a breath of fresh air. These guys genuinly want your business and treat you as such and make the whole process one that 1.) you'll want to come back and do business again and 2.) recommend their services to someone else which I will do if I talk to anyone about where I bought my vehicle. More
