I would really like to speak with Kelly the GM. I am not sure why you had Randy call us back. He had informed us last week that he is doing everything he could to fix our car but we are not interested in jeopordizing our lives again in THAT car and he stated he did not have access to anyone other than Jessica who has been unhelpful. Meanwhile I am in a crappy little rental car while I am paying $510 a month for a luxury vehicle. You sold me a lemon, and not only that one that is dangerous so the situation needs to be resolved before I make my next van payment.
