Worst customer service I have gotten from any dealership, including bad post-sales follow-up and terrible car service. The sales managers don't follow up on any putstanding issues. The guys in the Finance department kept referring me to other ppl and I jet calling till they finally talked to my about my car issues.. The people in the service department have no idea what they're doing most of the time. This is one dealership I'll never buy from in the future. More
The moment we arrive at Stateline everyone was friendly and very helpful. We asked for Cedric and once we were introduced, he did everything he could to help us. Everyone involved was helpful. As a lot of people say, the car buying experience can be a real hassle sometimes. This time, dealing with the guys we dealt with at Stateline was actually a fun and enjoyable experience. Cedrick is possibly one of the nicest guys I've ever met and Brittan was awesome. A very professional attitude but also a genuinely nice guy. I did not get to meet the sales managers but I'm sure based on these other guys, they are just as nice. I had dealt with Galeana Jeep in Columbia and was treated almost as if I were bothering them so coming here was a breath of fresh air. These guys genuinly want your business and treat you as such and make the whole process one that 1.) you'll want to come back and do business again and 2.) recommend their services to someone else which I will do if I talk to anyone about where I bought my vehicle. I have a very hard time car shopping. I do not like the pushy salesmen . I did my homework- ( shoppped varios dealerships and went online ) for several weeks. Early on - I went to Stateline and was helped by Christian. He was so nice and informative. I told him that I was looking at cars but would not buy one for several weeks or more. He - knowing this- showed me cars that best fit what I told him I wanted. After much prayerful consideration I went back. Much to my dismay , Christian was off. I was hesitant to look at the car I wanted because I could not imagine anyone making me feel more any more comfortable or confident to get a car. But , I was blessed. God led me to Dennis Phillips. He was so nice and knowledgeable. I told him that the car I wanted was on their website. He pulled it up plus a few others. I only test drove the car I had originally picked out. When I went to get my car the next day- Christian helped me. He went over the bells and whistles . When I left I was totally comfortable in my new car. I had the best car buying experience that I have ever had! I LOVE MY DODGE DART. Thank you Stateline. And thank you Dennis and Christian. More

Mark took the time to review all aspects of both vehicles so we really understood the pros and cons of each purchase. He was not just after the "sale" and really showed that he cared about our purchase and wanted to help. We got in late last week before the dealership was about to close and Mark stayed with us until almost 11PM to ensure we left happy. In this business, service like that is hard to find. We had an awesome experience, because we visited so many dealerships and no luck. We went to Stateline to find a decent used truck that wasn't overpriced that we could afford. Our experience with Stateline Chrysler Jeep was very good (especially after a very poor experience with Keffer Jeep). Steven was very attentive and friendly. He had great follow-up. We bought our mini-van in June 2010 to have a reliable vehicle to take my 2 yr old daughter for cancer treatments in Philaelphia (from Charlotte). Within a few months we experienced the van spontaneously vehicle to take my 2 yr old daughter for cancer treatments in Philaelphia (from Charlotte). Within a few months we experienced the van spontaneously turning off causing us to lose all steering & brakes. We took it back to the Stateline Dealership several times and they said there was nothing wrong with it. When I explained my concern for our upcoming trip to Philly, I was advised by the service rep to "drive slowly in the right hand lane". Upon our return we received a recall notice for this very problem. The dealer replaced the recalled parts but our van was still turning off and putting us into dangerous situations. We took it back and they found a problem but said it was not one of the recalled parts so they charged us full cost of repair. 2 days later the car turned off as I was pulling up to a stop sign to enter Hwy 601. Because i had no power, no brakes, no steering I almost went under the 2 tractor trailers but instead was able to run onto an island to stop. The car has been at the dealer ever since and they have not been able to fix it. They have told us that because the car now has high mileage that there is nothing they can do. According to their service records we started bringing the van to them at 20,000 miles for this problem. No one will give us the name of the owner of the dealership and we are receiving NO HELP with this situation. They had a salesman call us to sell us a new mini-van. My concern is that they are going to re-sell this very dangerous dodge Caravan to another unsuspecting family. Watch out for VIN # 2D4RN5DX9AR145979 More
