I finally got it today, but still don't have a tag after almost 5 weeks. My temporary tag has expired I took time out of my day to come to your dealership yesterday only to be told that they needed my signature before they could apply for a new tag. Had I not come there no one would have bothered to call and let me know. I had left messages the previous week and nobody knew what was going on. I was told the tag would be ready today and still haven't heard back. This whole experience has been a disaster! One inconvenience after another. I'm actually in the market for Charger for my son but I'll go anywhere but Stateline!!

Dear Sir, our apologies for the lack of communication on our behalf in regards to the status of the delivery of your vehicle. It is our standard policy to have the vehicle driven in for delivery as most customers would not prefer to pay additional delivery fees for the trailering of the vehicle. In regards to the mileage, there is no penalty to you as the Manufacturers Warranty does not start until you drive the vehicle off of the lot.
