I just went in for an oil change on my Jeep and found a good deal on the Dodge Ram. Tom showed me (and my wife) the truck and it fit our budget. The trade in value was fair. Customer service was excellent until my husband showed the dealer an error on their website that allowed us to purchase the vehicle for a slightly lower price. Billy Ray was not involved in obtaining the interest rate so I had questions regarding that and also the discrepancy between the internet price and the selling price. I called to speak to Ryan (finance person) who explained the current terms, researched the internet price and provided the difference, and also obtained a lesser interest rate. Overall, I would recommend this dealership to anyone. More
