Oil change I booked my apt online and received a confirmation email. I drove more than 70 miles for an appointment that they didn't have for me. No record of anything. So I had to explain everything that I typed in the online reservation such as an oil change, problems with my windows, and a strange sound when turning left. Anyway, I was told that the coupon was only good for the oil change and not labor and actually is was only going to save me a few dollars. I as also told that my 2017 car needed a "few other things done" such as a air filter .... Even though I was not at the recomended mileage for my car...even when no one looked at it at this point yet and I drive less than 5 miles per day. I felt that I was talked down to as a woman because I am not as savy about cars as the employee is. The employee seemed annoyed that I didn't know where the sound was coming from and I wasn't sure if I it made the sound when I turned the wheel parked. I was actually laughed at when he heard how far I drove and all of the traffic I was in along the way. Anyway my $50 oil change cost me my than $160 which was more than I was quoted for the must haves including washing my car wich was not an option to opt out of. After the service my car still makes the same sound even when I drove off the lot... Called the next day and they said that they would get back to me after they spoke with the mechanic... Never happened. Also I was told at a previous appointment that I would have to leave my car there for a few days to fix my windows of my new car... Now I am told that they sprayed air in the tracks. Problem still exists. The worst part is when I arrived back home I had a coupon from Stateline for $$$$$ off the same servicea that I just received that same day. I was told over the phone and in person that "I don't know of any coupons or discounts" you must be thinking of another place. " In summary, I was forced to get services that I didn't need, waited longer for an appointment that I booked online but "didn't make it on our computers", was overcharged, drive more than 1 hour and 45 min each way and still have the same problems with my 2017 Outback and my car was dirtier than I left. More
I had an issue with my battery & they fixed it right away Wayne is awesome and so is the rest of the service department... They were able to pinpoint the problem & fix it... I have had my Subaru for 5 years & Wayne is awesome and so is the rest of the service department... They were able to pinpoint the problem & fix it... Poor communication This dealership is so unorganized. The sales team and business team really need to be on the same page. On Thursday night, I was told by Kam that I HAD to bring my plates to the dealer before Monday so that they could legally be transferred to my new vehicle within 7 days of removing them from my priovous vehicle. When I arrive Saturday to drop of the plates, I was met with confusion from Inna, she had no idea about this rmv rule. Then, when I came to pick up my vehicle Monday, Kam wasnt around to give me my paperwork (I literllay have zero copies of anything I signed) and Inna wasnt there to give me the car. The sales manager (no idea what his name is, it's not the business card I was handed) handed me the keys and told me I was all set, leaving me to believe I truly was all set to go. It was only miles later on the highway that I noticed there was no inspection sticker on the car, which I had previously paid for. When I questioned Inna about it, she informed me that it wasnt inspected because it wasnt registered. The sales manager let me drive away from the dealership in an unregistered car, which is illegal in the state of Massachusetts. There is no new car, regular trade 7 day grace period with a total loss. No one informed me the car was unregistered. No one called me during the day to say there was an issue contacting my insurance and that the car couldn't be registered today. I would have waited until I could legally drive the car, as it is useless to me until this issue is fixed. I'm really baffled by the lack of communication between the sales staff and finance staff. I'm now in possession of a car I can not drive, which is a huge inconvenience. I was told "we'll send a runner to get it once (no mention of what day) its registered so we can get a sticker" and then "get your own sticker and we'll send you a check", again get on the same page people. This doesnt help me get to work in the morning. Buying a new car shouldn't be more of a headache (and a legal issue) than totalling an old one. Bottom line, YOU should not hand the keys to some one and tell them they are good to go, when in fact its illegal for them to do so. More

She used a lot of vague language and danced around the point. The only dealership I emailed that wouldn't give me a straight price on the car I was interested in. If I hadn't been for the advertised pricing on their website, I probably wouldn't have gone here at all. More
