Two visits for getting the star link working again, to no avail. Though usually good, the service person(s) could not get the system working properly. Ok, it's a computer problem, I get it. But having to ret avail. Though usually good, the service person(s) could not get the system working properly. Ok, it's a computer problem, I get it. But having to return for a third appointment for the same problem, and travelling 30 miles each way, being told that they may not be able to do the repair in one day is ok. However being told they have to contact SUBARU to get approval for a loaner car or I'd have to rent a car from their associate, well that's a bit much for a car still under warranty. I may have to call the service manager or general manager to resolve this. For a dealership I highly recommended to friends, and having this fun around, does not bode well for future recommendations. More

The finance & warranty options were explained clearly by Jay and Ina. No unpleasant surprises whatsoever. It was the best experience I've had buying a car and I've bought 9 total.. The Crosstreck is also the best car I've found for my price point, is fully loaded with premium options, (moon-roof, heated seats, remote start and more..) I've tested Honda, Mazda & Toyota.
