Very helpful I came in without an appt because I could smell gas on start-up of car. I am on oxygen, and it really bothers my breathing. Key was preordered days before the time of service and arrived as an un Purchased a used car recently via a private sale and needed a second key made. Key was preordered days before the time of service and arrived as an uncut blank to the dealership unbenounced to parts/service personel. I did offer to return for service at a later date however Don and Wayne managed to send the key blank to be copied locally (it was a special lazer-cut key that could not be copied on-site) while I waited thus making it so i did not have to return a second time. As someone with 15 years in new car dealership business myself I understand things beyond our control happen and I Greatly appreciate going above and beyond to get me taken care of same-day. A+ More

Service Department/Wayne in particular I have known Wayne for many years since I have purchased a number of Subaru vehicles, all from Stateline Dealership.
