Buying a car here is like nothing my husband or I have ever experienced. The entire process was simple, well explained and answered every questions we had. There were no “sales” pitches or let me go get my manager. ZERO pressure either way. When I saw the car I wanted it needed to be cleaned as it just came on the lot. We were to pick it up in 2 days. Got a call the next afternoon- the car was ready. Steve was so friendly and had everything ready to go. You could tell the customer experience is everything to this business. Then someone took the time to show us all the features and get all the technology hooked up- we had NEVER had someone do that before. My husband is good with technology but this gentleman showed us both some tricks and tips- so grateful for the tutorial- and what a nice young man.
