This is my 5th vehicle from Steingold Volvo, and once again the experience was fantastic. Steve Bernardo was able to secure a build slot for one of the last 2026 XC60 Polestar Engineered models being again the experience was fantastic. Steve Bernardo was able to secure a build slot for one of the last 2026 XC60 Polestar Engineered models being produced, which gave me the opportunity to customize the car exactly to my specifications. Since I live in Boston, the entire process was handled remotely, from ordering through paperwork, which made everything incredibly convenient and saved me from having to make multiple trips down to Pawtucket. What really stood out was Steve’s communication throughout the entire 12+ week order/build/shipping/delivery process. He kept me updated every step of the way and was always quick to respond whenever I had questions. I also want to give a shoutout to Seth Goldman, who was able to add the new car to my Volvo account and connect my profile to Android Automotive in just a matter of minutes, making the delivery experience seamless and getting me up and running right away. This is exactly why I keep coming back to Steingold. I had heard that Steingold is the go-to dealer for Zurich vehicle service plans, and now I know why. I purchased my plan online on a Sunday, and within minutes Michael reached out to advise that I'd likely m vehicle service plans, and now I know why.
