The entire process was quick, smooth, and went without a hitch. Car was in stock (they had a large inventory) and delivery was made the next day. Entire process took 48 hours. My experience at Steingold Volvo was just as easy and "no pressure" as any car buying experience should be. I had done a LOT of research before I went in for my test drives and Michael respected that. "no pressure" as any car buying experience should be. I had done a LOT of research before I went in for my test drives and Michael respected that. He asked me good questions to help me make a solid decision that I'd be happy with. He was willing to let me drive both cars, by myself, so that I could experience all of the features, etc. before buying. He was thorough in his follow-up on financing and colors that were currently available. My new car was ready, as promised, at a specific time. The only negative is that we have to go back to the dealership to swap our plates. I wish that was all taken care of when we went to pick it up originally. More

This was an extremely pleasurable car-buying experience. The sales staff were straight-forward and attentive without being over-bearing. All in all I spent a total of maybe 2 hrs in the dealership during the whole ordeal start to finish...which has to be some sort of record. Highly recommend dealing with these folks. More

I've bought two cars at Steingold Volvo and always been treated very well. I had an unusual number of problems with my 2010 XC60 & after speaking with them about it they took it back and put me in a new 20 treated very well.
