Steingold Volvo is by far the most knowledgeable & customer service oriented dealership I have ever encountered. You truly feel as though you are the only customer they have, and they aren't satisfied customer service oriented dealership I have ever encountered. Highly recommended for its friendliness and customer service. Mike was a very customer oriented individual that makes an effort to provide high quality service to find the parts I wanted. I have purchased many vehicles and this was by far the best sales experience I ever had. I was not looking forward to buying a new car, but I had to. I visited several local dealerships (RI, Ma), none of them compared to the friendliness & relaxed atmosphere that Steingold offered. So I purchased a Volvo from Lee Volvo in Mass. I take it to Steingold Volvo for service because Lee is about 2 hours away. I just purchased the vehicle last year so it is new. I was given 5 years free oil to Steingold Volvo for service because Lee is about 2 hours away. I just purchased the vehicle last year so it is new. I was given 5 years free oil changes for free. It came as part of the package for a great deal on my car. So I took it to Steingold for it's 2nd oil and I go to the desk to say I have an appointment. They proceed to type or pretend to type up my information (which they already have) and I am standing there for about 15 minutes and he is just typing away ignoring me so I walked away and went to the waiting room becasue he was just ignoring me. I left the key at the desk and walked away. I waited 2 hours for an oil change that they then wanted to charge me for. He said after my Volvo didn't need an oil change which they did anyway becasue it only needs it 1x a year. Who the xxxx would bring their new car for an oil change once a year. He must have thought I was stupid or something. I didn't pay for the service but if my car didn't need the oil change they should have told me that instead of performing it anyway. I then got into my car and I couldn't believe what I saw. Black grease fingerprints all over my steering wheel the door handle frame my gear handle and even my visor. I then went into my trunk when I returned home and noticed that they had even gone through my white canvas bag because it had black grease fingermarks all over it. I coulnd't believe it. I can tell you that I had personal information in that bag and I will know right where to go if I find out they used my information for anything. I couldn't believe they went through my bag in the trunk. I was so disgusted with the service that I decided never to return to Steingold ever again. I have also told a couple of people I know what happened and they have decided to go elsewhere. The idiots in the front are extremely rude. It's so funny how nice everyone is to you when you buy a car but after it's bought they treat you like dirt. They basically look like they don't know what is going on or what they are doing. A xxxxxx could do their job. DON'T TAKE YOUR CAR TO STEINGOLD. THEY SUCK!!!!!!!!!!!!!! More

Without a doubt one of the best car-buying experiences ever. This is my third Volvo but the first time through Steingold. All the stars aligned - they had exactly the car I wanted, the price was right, ever. This is my third Volvo but the first time through Steingold. All the stars aligned - they had exactly the car I wanted, the price was right, and the trade-in price was acceptable to me. I enjoyed the interaction with Steve, who handled the sale. I was so pleased that this is a family business and felt very welcomed. I have every confidence that my continuing experience will be just as good and the car is awesome. More

Recently decided to go the luxury brand route for a change of pace from my Toyota - Volvo was one of the many vehicles on my list of potential vehicles for my family, along with BMW, Audi, and Mercedes change of pace from my Toyota - Volvo was one of the many vehicles on my list of potential vehicles for my family, along with BMW, Audi, and Mercedes. Exhausted from so many choices, I was very confused. Walked into Steingold and spoke to Stephen, the sales manager. I told him my situation and he calmly explained all the models of Volvo. I quickly fell in love with the XC60 - needless to say, 20 minutes later I had my vehicle appraised as I took a quick test drive; this made me love the car even more. I chose the XC60 T6 AWD, which is definately a winner. The process was as smooth as I could have hoped for. Very professional and pleasant. And the showroom was full of others families that seemed to be on the same page as me. Honestly, I couldn't say more positive things about Volvo as a brand and Steingold most certainly is one of the reasons. If contemplating the luxury car route, do yourself a favor and visit one of the stores. It's refreshing how simple it can be. And my kids love the car too! Thanks a million!! More
