The entire staff from the receptionist, GM, finance manager and especially Jason Rivera was courteous, knowledgeable and helpful. We've been researching mid-sized SUV's for a few months and decided on the Toyota Highlander. I certainly put Jason through the "mill" with this purchase and he stepped up to the challenge of dealing with me consistently helpful along the way. He understood that I already had a clear vision of exactly what I wanted in a Prius refresh after 7 years, although sorting through a few highly desirable, but unfortunately mutually exclusive options. While he politely asked if I was interested in anything different or additional, never pressured me in anyway. Jason was consistent with his communications with me throughout the process, and displayed excellent product knowledge. Thanks Jason! More

First lease, many thanks to Kelly Have been looking at other dealers for a used or possibly new Tacoma to buy, saw one of each at Stephens and went in expecting the Have been looking at other dealers for a used or possibly new Tacoma to buy, saw one of each at Stephens and went in expecting the usual high pressure sales pitch. Turned out I was fortunate enough to deal with Kelly who actually suggested a lease instead of buying and explained all the pluses and negatives of each.After discussing and weighing my options I decided to lease a new Tacoma.My father sold cars and warned me of all the BS that goes on and what to be aware of . Never felt pressured or pushed ,dealing with Kelly was fantastic! She actually listens and wants you to leave happy, which I did.
