Deceptive advertising 101. List price online and sticker MSRP were the same. we agreed and were paying cash. Salesman came back with final number on paper which was SIX THOUSAN List price online and sticker MSRP were the same. we agreed and were paying cash. Salesman came back with final number on paper which was SIX THOUSAND MORE than the MSRP! He began to explain that due to the high demand and shortage of vehicles , especially the RAV4 Prime that there is a premium vehicle fee. The best deal they offered was a $500.00 break if we financed with them. Needless to say we walked. I had heard bad things about this dealership having lived in the same town all my 62 years , now I got a first hand dose. Never again. More

I had horrible experience today . After I called for rav4 xle premium was for $38.673 . The Girl who work as Vehicle Solutions Agent her name is Morgan Martin confirmed to me that the After I called for rav4 xle premium was for $38.673 . The Girl who work as Vehicle Solutions Agent her name is Morgan Martin confirmed to me that there is no mark up only the price of the car, doc fee, title and registration ONLY. I drove 2 hours from MA to CT after I give her a second call to confirm no hidden fee . Salesman brought me a paper show me the price will be 50k plus tax and fee. I Shocked and then I did call the same girl who confirmed with sale person that she told no mark up or hidden fee . He said he has to call the manager. the manager came in to ask me for Approval written not just by phone only, Even she confirmed to the salesman the conversation we had about the car . the manger was so rude . he Blame me that I should to call him first before I come . very bad experience he feel sorry and never apologize for me that what we have . I got off from my job and drove TWO hours taking my family and after all of that we met Ridiculous workers who don't respect their customers and they don't care about them .shame on you. Toyota need to hire more Professional people who know how to do their job and respect their time. PLEASE READ THE REVIEW AND HAVE WRITTEN Approve if you would like to go their .
