Great Service! Check Engine light came on on our '13 Dodge Durango. My code reader told me what the general problem was. I called Bob Peppler, my service advisor, Check Engine light came on on our '13 Dodge Durango. My code reader told me what the general problem was. I called Bob Peppler, my service advisor, and he got me in almost immediately. Transmission sensor or switch turned out to be the problem, the whole mechanism had to be replace. Part had to be ordered. It arrived mid-day on Friday and Larry, the tech, got the installation completed Friday afternoon. Quite a job, but he did it!! Bob couldn't have been more helpful I have a third party long term warrantee and he dealt with them and they paid all but the deductible. Bob is amazing! Consequently, I got the Durango back for the weekend and didn't have to pay anything other than for other services (trans filters and trans fluid).. The whole experience was painless and Bob coordinated the whole thing!! Great job by Bob and Larry!!. More
