Karo, the service agent at Stephen Wade, offered a very different encounter to past dealerships. He worked with us to problem solve accurately, to stay within our budget, to meet both our needs and expectations. We'll be back there for the next service and hope he's still there. More

Awful Purchase of CPO Avoid this dealership at all costs! Bought a CPO from them and they are not honoring what they agreed to at the time of purchase. They didn't provide all of the signed paperwork at purchase time so I've been forced to keep requesting it. They do not help with much of anything after the sale is final. I'm still waiting for my CPO van to be registered as a CPO van. More
