After I had the car inspected it was determined that the car needed rear tires. I asked for accommodation for this and was rudely dismissed my Gerry the sales guy. I then left a message for the GM. When he called me back he was extremely confrontational and rudely dismissed my request for 500 off a 90k used car. If your so eager to auction the car, why waste my time. Buyer beware. Go somewhere else. More

I took my Highlander in because it was shimming at 75 mph. I asked for a tire balance, but they said it needed an alignment.
