Horrible service I was their for an oil change, he broke the deep stick oil level and he did not replace it. Great Salesperson!!! Gary is the BEST!! We have leased our last 5 cars from him! All we have to do is call him to let him know that our lease is up, tell him what we are Gary is the BEST!! Left vehicle for the day @ th Scheduled an initial appointment with Service Advisor Mariam Hikmat to have Safety Recall #V15/NHTSA 19V-143 performed. Left vehicle for the day @ the dealership. Upon pick-up of vehicle, was told that is was not completed because no part was available for replacement. I was told a part would be ordered and held for my vehicle and would be called for scheduling an appointment when it came in. That call was never received and after repeated calls by me to the dealership and phone discussions with the Parts Manager & Service Manager, the warranty repair was finally completed three month later. The only positive experience was with Service Advisor, Trevor Szymanski, who handle the service appointment that got the recall completed, and performed an admirable job in getting the work completed and vehicle washed in a short period of time as I waited @ the dealership. More
