I arranged w/Matt to drop off the vehicle on a Saturday with service department (body shop isn't open on Saturdays) and told body shop crew I expected to pick it up following Saturday, because I would be out of town on a business trip. I left my cell number and my husband's cell number in case they wanted my husband to get it early. When I hadn't heard anything by Friday, I called to check. I spoke with Doug, who said it wasn't ready. When I expressed concern and said I could borrow a car Monday and would appreciate it if they could get mine done by Monday afternoon, he promised to check. He was very thorough and called me back three times to make sure the dealership kept its new goal of returning the car to me Monday. It was ready when I arrived Monday afternoon. It was very clean and looked good. The only thing the dealership could have done better was call me when they received my car and given me a timeline then. More

He made several unpressured, helpful suggestions in our vehicle choice with available options. He went way out of his way to answer the barrage of questions we threw at him, and answered all professionally and courtesy. After the sale, he went outside with us and went over each of our new car's features from the headlights to the tail lights in great detail.
