Not Good Took my car in on 7-15 for warranty work as the GPS and the SOS functions were not working. Said the car needed a new radio which was ordered. I said Took my car in on 7-15 for warranty work as the GPS and the SOS functions were not working. Said the car needed a new radio which was ordered. I said they could keep the car till the radio came in. On 7-22 service called and said the car was ready for pickup Came in on 7-23 to get car and radio and SOS still didn't work. Asked if the radio had come in the cashier said no. I said has the radio been ordered didn't know. The service receptionist said it had but I would have to call in to see the status of the order. Went home tried to call in and no answer the dealership phone lines were down. Called the next day and service said they would check on the status of the radio and call me right back. 3 hours later called again and was told they were too busy to check but would call back. 4:30 called back and they checked and told me the radio had been ordered but was on back log and might be in on Friday 7-26. I'll bet no radio tomorrow and it will still be backed ordered. More

Slow, no communication. Expect to wait longer than advised. Was told an hour and a half. Was there 2 hours and forty minutes. Disorganized When we arrived and talked to the service Rep, he had to talk to employees several times. If not for Bill and his patience with me changing my mind multiple times, I probably wouldn't have leased this Ram. More
Wouldn't return contact after they failed to fix my vehicle I originally left my car with them for a full week while they said they were waiting for parts to fix my vehicle. After I got my vehicle back, I found I originally left my car with them for a full week while they said they were waiting for parts to fix my vehicle. After I got my vehicle back, I found that it had not been repaired. So, when I got a text from the customer service person I dealt with saying she hopes I'm satisfied with my service, I replied to tell her that the problem was still there, and the car had not been fixed, so it needed to come back. She replied that they'll 'have to diagnose it first'. I responded with "It was already there for a week. You supposedly already diagnosed and fixed it, but it's not fixed." She never replied, never scheduled the car to come back, etc. I replied several more times asking to bring the car in, with no reply from her. I had to come into the dealership in person to speak to a service manager. Even then, they didn't really care about the employee ignoring the customer. Bad way to do business. More
