Service & Sales Had a concern when the service rep could not find out the number of remaining oil changes left from a pre-ordered oil change pkg of 3. I have one oil change remaining and they were not able to tell me the status of the the account. I thought that was extremely concerning. Based on passed experience, they can tell you a lot about the vehicle and yourself per the system. I have not found my piece-of-mind with the dealership and/or system. Also, they offered to look at options for trading in my jeep for an upgrade. But I feel they didn't give me an accurate figure for the vehicle considering only having it a couple years. When I looked up the same vehicle on a couple different value-based website, I was able to get anywhere from $1,000 - $1,600 more than what the dealership was offering... seemed like an obvious sales tactic to low-ball me on the true value... More
Good oil change service, poor key fab/remote start service I scheduled for an oil change. I did not mention in my reservation that I continued to have issues with my key fabs (plural). Because of this they sta I scheduled for an oil change. I did not mention in my reservation that I continued to have issues with my key fabs (plural). Because of this they stated there was nothing other than check the battery they could do for me. I told them they had checked one fab the last time. That time and this the battery is fine but both fabs don't consistently open or lock my car, nor successfully remote start. If you press the button rapidly about 25 times it usually works. I will now have to return a 3rd time, the drive back and forth alone takes more than an hour. They were also unable to tell me whether my warranty covered the repairs so I may be liable for substantial charges on an expensive car under warranty just to start and get into it. Not good. More

frustrating electrical issues I've been in 3 times for the same issue - however, it's and inconsistent electrical issue - and I'll give the dealership the benefit of the doubt, if I've been in 3 times for the same issue - however, it's and inconsistent electrical issue - and I'll give the dealership the benefit of the doubt, if it doesn't happen while it's there, they can't fix it. I'm hoping to get this rectified soon - it's not a convenient process to continuously bring my vehicle back for the same issues . More
