Customer service was terrible. I received a message from Wafaa stating she needed my approval for a tire alignment and tire rotation. I called back several times only being connect I received a message from Wafaa stating she needed my approval for a tire alignment and tire rotation. I called back several times only being connected to Sals voicemail.. I left a message for Sal and specifically stated this message is for Wafaa. Two hours later I called back because I heard nothing. She never received my message. At that point, I told her I needed new tires. When my plumber came to pick up his service van, the new tires had not been installed and Wafaa told her manager we never had that conversation. My plumbing van was in service for 2.5 days. I don't think I will be using your services again More

Service & Sales Had a concern when the service rep could not find out the number of remaining oil changes left from a pre-ordered oil change pkg of 3. I have one oil change remaining and they were not able to tell me the status of the the account. I thought that was extremely concerning. Based on passed experience, they can tell you a lot about the vehicle and yourself per the system. I have not found my piece-of-mind with the dealership and/or system. Also, they offered to look at options for trading in my jeep for an upgrade. But I feel they didn't give me an accurate figure for the vehicle considering only having it a couple years. When I looked up the same vehicle on a couple different value-based website, I was able to get anywhere from $1,000 - $1,600 more than what the dealership was offering... seemed like an obvious sales tactic to low-ball me on the true value... More
