I do not trust this dealership. I would never trust this dealership. I only came back because of the constant reminders of a recall and my mechanic kept telling me that I need to ge I would never trust this dealership. I only came back because of the constant reminders of a recall and my mechanic kept telling me that I need to get the airbags fixed. It is wrong that you are allowed to sell me a defective product and then I AM RESPONSIBLE to take my time and effort to get it fixed. You should compensate customers you put out with defective products you sell. If you can charge the manufacturer $110.00 an hour to fix the vehicle you can sure give customers $50.00 for all the gas and time wasted trying to get your crapy products fixed. More

Express Oil Change took nearly 90 minutes to complete I was unimpressed with the length of time it took to complete my oil change. 90 minutes was far too long for an "Express" service. While I also had a recall item that was being done, before I mentioned that to Megan, she told me it would be over an hour to an hour and a half for an oil change. Since I needed to do the recall, I decided to stay, but if it weren't for that, I would have gone elsewhere for an oil change service. I don't think it is too unreasonable to ask for an oil change to be completed in under 30 minutes on a weekend when most people are able to get their cars services. More
