After a year later I’m trying to come to the dealership to get this resolved Monica and her manager DD are very rude laughed in my face and said that they will take it to claims court because it’s my signature it doesn’t matter how they submit it . Very ignorant no people skills need to handle problems . They need bit more better in situations when a customer is frustrated because they’re trying to resolve something they need to be trained better to have better respect for customers .
