ETC Issue I was having an issue with the Traction Control Light and the ETC light. My vehicle wasn't responding to the gas pedal. I had to coast to a resident I was having an issue with the Traction Control Light and the ETC light. My vehicle wasn't responding to the gas pedal. I had to coast to a residential side street, and have my vehicle towed. It turned out that the throttle module needed replacing, the computer needed an update and while they were at it, they completed the airbag inflator recall. All in all, a successful experience. More

The best, hands down! We've probably leased/purchased 8 vehicles from Sterling Heights Dodge over the years and have yet to have a bad experience. It's really hard to find a dealership these days that don't play games with prices. This is one who doesn't, at least in our experience here. Gary Riashi has been my salesman since day 1 and has been nothing but a pleasure to deal with. Always honest, friendly and just a great guy overall. I can't say enough about him honestly. didn't solve problem made an appointment to bring vehicle in for engine light issue. HAd cose read and gave it to the advisor at time of appointment. Waited a week to get made an appointment to bring vehicle in for engine light issue. HAd cose read and gave it to the advisor at time of appointment. Waited a week to get it and during that time the engine light shut off. The code staed have service immediately, also the battery had drawn weak on several occasions during the past month. I brought vehicle in. advisor told me there was a recall. I showed the advisor a picture of code that was identified when the engine light was on, She asked was there anything else i said the battery has gone weak lately. I was told later that day the my vehicle was ready, the service department could not identify the code and the recall was repaired and there would be a half hour charge for testing my battery. I went and picked up my car and questioned why the engine code could was not duplicated and why am i being charged $55.00 to test my battery. i didn't ask for a battery test. After 20 minutes of the advisor meeting with other advisors and somebody behind the wall she then told me it was a half hour charge for diagnosing the engine code could not be duplicated. By that time i was out of time and patience. So long story short. Not impressed but not discouraged. Thansk More

Recall Issues Had 3 recall issues worked on with parts ordered. Car came back to me with 2 problems caused by the recall repairs. You created the problems by installing the recall parts and now charging me to fix the issues. Was told the service manager would call. Never did. I will escalate this to Chrysler. Wife is a Sr. Manager with 40 years at Chrysler. More
