Good first service visit. Just visited the dealership for my first oil change since leasing my new Jeep. Pulling into the service garage I honestly was a bit nervous as it seem Just visited the dealership for my first oil change since leasing my new Jeep. Pulling into the service garage I honestly was a bit nervous as it seemed a bit dated and how they had it set up but i was promptly greeted by a service advisor who took care of me and wrote up my service request. He asked if I had been there before to which I responded no and he escorted me and showed me to where the waiting room was. Surprisingly the waiting room was far more than I was expecting. It was very big spacious and was updated. Lots of seating lots of computers for guests to use while waiting and several TVs. Unfortunately the TVs were turned off during my visit probably because it was first thing and they just opened. It took about an hour and 10 minutes for my oil change and tire rotation. I was paged indicating my car was ready, i paid my dues and car was waiting right outside the door. Overall good experience! More
