They didn't complete the Tire Rotation I went to the dealership for my needed Oil Change and Tire Rotation. I arrived before the Service Department opened for the morning and I marked my front Tire to insure that the Tire Rotation was completed, the rim was dirty so it was easy to mark it. (Great piece of advice that I have received when getting my Jeep serviced). The Service department did sell me a Buy 1 Oil Change & Tire Rotation, get 2 free for $90.00. When my Jeep was completed and moved to the front driveway for me to pick up I checked the front tire and my mark was still there, which told me that the Tires were Not Rotated. Not happy, I went back into the Service Department and told them that my tires were not rotated and I paid for the service. More

OK but needs more touch. I visited the service center at the dealer twice. First for oil change and second time for tire rotation. Both times the vehicle was returned with dir I visited the service center at the dealer twice. First for oil change and second time for tire rotation. Both times the vehicle was returned with dirty interior. I would rather see covers on the seatrs instead on the floor. The B pillar, steering wheel, center arm rest and door bolster were returned dirty, oil smudges. I would like to see more care from the service department. More
