Great Vehicle Service While my oil change was taking place, it was discovered that the lug nuts on my Cherokee had swollen such that the socket wrench wouldn't fit over the While my oil change was taking place, it was discovered that the lug nuts on my Cherokee had swollen such that the socket wrench wouldn't fit over them. After some discussion with the service representative and one at FCA, it was determined that they would be replaced at no cost to me. The lug nuts were replaced without incident and any inconvenience to me. I appreciated the helpful nature of the service agent and the FCA representative. More

Poor communication between employees Called 4/1 to verify recall parts were ready for appt at 8am on 4/2 and reg maintenance/oil chg could be done. Told YES! COME ON IN. Got there - part Called 4/1 to verify recall parts were ready for appt at 8am on 4/2 and reg maintenance/oil chg could be done. Told YES! COME ON IN. Got there - parts STILL need to be order!!!? Wth! They did oil chg and rotated tires. (They ripped apart my wheel lock pkg and used electrical tape to close it!!) I called 2x as soon as I drove home to ask the pkg be replaced-no one would pick up in svc. Told receptionist I needed to speak to svc manager. Still sat on hold indefinitely. 22 mile, one hour trip!! Not happy. I miss Anthony Turner! He was a trustworthy, fair guy! More
