Fantastic end visit with this dealership all made possible by David Gilbert. I had issues with my appt due to call center putting me in but not confirming it and somehow not having it put into the se possible by David Gilbert. I had issues with my appt due to call center putting me in but not confirming it and somehow not having it put into the service center's calendar. I arrived and was informed there was no appt but David came out and apologized and saw me and found me a loaner as well. He then gave me his direct line in case of any issues. I used it the next day due to the loaner I received having tree sap on it and was crawling with ants (likely due to it having been parked underneath a tree at the dealership) and he swapped me out for another loaner. He took care of my ZDX and successfully had it updated. Communication with him was always prompt, professional and to the point. Thanks for putting the service in customer service. Will definitely come back to see him and his team- there is a dealer closer to me but they never treated me well. More
