Had my engine replaced and recently returned for my first oil change at Group 1 Acura. Brandy @ Service Dept was great & helpful! If you bring your car there for maintenance, see Brandy. She'll take good care of your car. However, the schedule appointment system was very bad. I got there a few minutes early & waited for 20 minutes to find out i didn't have an appointment with the advisor that I had made. So, don't do online appointment.
