In the last several years David Gilbert has been our Service Agent and he has been terrific. He is responsive when I contact him and he explains issues very well. He is pleasant, and no matter how busy things can be at the service center, he never rushes me or acts rattled. David is one of the main reasons we still come to this acura location as we have moved further away and have a different acura nearer to us. Pls give David KUDOS for his job performance! More
