Dealership was not welcoming. Conversations with the sales rep were not private. You could hear everyone's conversation. My sales rep was fairly new and did not know enough the vehicle. He sold me some accessories for the vehicle that I purchased that were ALREADY on the vehicle! Yet he said it didn't come on that vehicle. When we pointed it out to him, he just acted like it was no big deal!! The customer service and follow up is practically non-existent at this dealership. We paid $500 to get the custom rubber mats for my suv and when they arrived (they were shipped to me) they were very cheap quality and were almost like a plastic, instead of rubber. We are returning them. I've had issues with quality when I'm talking on Bluetooth. The sales rep dis not put the front license plate on the vehicle and he should have. I put down a substantial amount of cash towards the Acura ADX -Aspec and the customer service was sub-par. I will not go to this dealership again, nor would I recommend it. More

He made the entire process simple and stress-free, answering all of my questions with patience and care. He made me feel very comfortable, welcomed, and part of the Acura family.
