Let the car door open all night and my it drained my battery on birthday weekend. My husband jumped and took it to the Lexus Clearlake for repairs since it was still under warranty. They did a diagnosti battery on birthday weekend. My husband jumped and took it to the Lexus Clearlake for repairs since it was still under warranty. They did a diagnostic on the vehicle and it was going to take a long time to recharge the battery. My husband spoke with Erika and she went above and beyond to help get my husband back to me for my birthday celebration. She put him in a loaner for the weekend which made me happy. When my husband got home he said he wished Lexus made a truck because he was impressed with the A+++++ services. My husband owns a GMC truck and when he needs more than one day of service he always rents a cars. If your in the market for a vehicle go to Lexus Clearlake. More
