First, I have been going to this dealership for almost 10 years now and the service has gotten worse. This last visit I was told my coolant is leaking and cost $700 to fix. I took it to a certified mechanic years now and the service has gotten worse. This last visit I was told my coolant is leaking and cost $700 to fix. I took it to a certified mechanic for a second opinion and the result was, there was no such leak at all. My coolant level was still almost full. The dealership did not pass my car inspection for registration renewal. This is deceptive service on your part and I believe unlawful. Second, I have received repeated offers for extended factory service warranty that I refuse to use since I do not drive as much (only 45000 miles to date for a 10-year old car). However, I received an emissions recall last year but have not received any communication about it. I received an emissions recall last year and called the dealership, and was told I will be contacted but have not gotten one to date. I checked the website www.nhtsa.gov and noted that TOYOTA estimates that the remedy will be available mid 2024. I am expecting some kind of communication regarding my battery when remedy is available hopefully this year. Third, the mechanic commented that the TOYOTA battery installed by the dealership was poorly installed. He was not specific about it. I took a picture of the battery for future use. There was some white powdery substance on top of the battery around the bolts/connections that he said was not an issue and he just cleaned the area to expose the connections of the battery. Some service crew is good and I still remember their name and they will tell you about your car need to do and some instances will happen in a future to your car if you do or don’t and answer your questions and they will tell you about your car need to do and some instances will happen in a future to your car if you do or don’t and answer your questions in honest way which I really like. You guys need more crew like that…I understand it’s business so you guys can make sales but honesty, care for customer car service and satisfaction is more important! It’s just good to know if the customer is super satisfied and very happy to the service that they pay, so that means it’s really worth coming again and again…if they don’t satisfied they will find it somewhere. Sounds like you also as customer in honest way, am I right!? Satisfaction Guaranteed 100% should always given, that way they will refer. Things is just they will say something good, great, awesome and WONDERFUL about the service to Sterling McCall or they will say something bad or the opposite about the experience about the service.
