We recently bought a 2023 Kia Carnival from Johnny Kintner with Steve Hahn Automotive Group and it was a wonderful experience. I, like most, am not someone who enjoys car shopping, haggling, etc. and Kintner with Steve Hahn Automotive Group and it was a wonderful experience. I, like most, am not someone who enjoys car shopping, haggling, etc. and I am VERY leery of a salesperson, but Johnny won me over. He was friendly, easy to work with, not overly pushy, and I actually enjoyed our conversations. He made sure every step of the process was explained and handled professionally. He even hand-delivered our car over 100mi away during a snowstorm within hours of our purchase. Unfortunately, it is not a buyer's market for cars right now and, like everyone, we paid more than I’d have liked, but Johnny’s personality and hard work definitely made it a little more bearable. We had a couple hiccups following the sale and he was super quick to respond and, again, immediately handled our concerns. I'd recommend Johnny to anyone looking for a great experience buying their next car. More

This dealership has been the worst in so many areas but for sure the worst in Customer service. Eric Vargas is the most dishonest salesman and well Trent has the absolute worst customer service.
