We signed the necessary paperwork as we chatted happily with Larry. Two days later, we picked up our loaded new Outback and were assisted by Terra. She, too, was so very knowledgeable and took us step by step through our new purchase. She made certain that we understood the complexities of the touchscreen and could operate it ! Within the past week, I took delivery of a 2016 Subaru Crosstrek (in Venetian Red). From the moment I entered the dealership, I was treated with respect. I was trading in a late-model pickup truck and I felt that the members of their sales team with whom I dealt, Paul and Jared, were very fair with both their offer on my trade-in and on the price I was paying for my new car. Their F&I manager, Larry Flakes, was also a pleasure to deal with. They stuck to the promised delivery schedule and I will definitely return there when it comes time for a new vehicle.
