Very friendly staff, Glen was very informative, attentive, and very low-pressure in the sales pitch. The only reason I didn't buy here was that I found a crazy low clearance deal on a different brands car. Will definitely consider this place if I'm in the market again. More

outstanding customer service My relationship with Steve Lewis Subaru of Hadley began July 20, 2013, when my 2007 Chevy Trailblazer which I purchased brand new in 2007 motor stoppe My relationship with Steve Lewis Subaru of Hadley began July 20, 2013, when my 2007 Chevy Trailblazer which I purchased brand new in 2007 motor stopped working. I needed a new car immediately. I visited the dealership and had the pleasure of meeting Larry Flakes. He offered me $2,000.00 on my vehicle as a trade in when my trailblazer didn't even run. They even picked the vehicle up at the shop were I had it towed for free. Larry took the time to help me find my perfect car in my price range. When it was time for me to pick-up my new car Larry spent at least an hour making sure I felt comfortable with all the bells and whistles. I drove away in my new car feeling extremely satisfied and grateful for what Larry did for me. My car needed a new set of tires after only driving it 26,000.00 miles in three years. The service department, specifically Will Lamb, reviewed my situation and told me that I would be given a credit of $600.00 for new tires. Talk about amazing!!!! The day before my appointment for new tires and an alignment I received a phone call letting me know of a special they were running and that I might be able to be placed in a new car. Well, I was curious about the offer and called Larry to learn more and was pleased to learn that he was promoted to the finance department. Even though it wasn't his job anymore Larry still took the time to talk with me the next day while my car was being worked on. I ended up purchasing a new vehicle from Larry that day and wasn't even made financially responsible for the new tires being placed on my old car. I picked up my new car a few days later and Terra went over everything with me. I can't say enough wonderful things about my experiences with Larry, Terra and Will. This dealership truly goes above and beyond for their customers. Thank You for all that you've done!!! More

The showing of the car when it came in, the meeting with the business manager went well and we were not pressured into anything "extra". Finally the delivery by Terra was informative and comprehensive. More
