Very simple and straightforward Peter was our salesman and did a really nice job walking the line between selling us a car and being super pushy. We wanted someone to tell us why we should spend our money on the Forester, but we didn't want to be pestered or harassed, and Peter was great for that! He spent time going over the features of the car, and explained in detail the differences between buying and leasing. I really believe his love for Subarus is authentic. He is a just a really nice guy who knows his stuff! Everyone we talked to was friendly, and when we picked up our car (Peter found me the last black Forester in New England, Thanks Peter!) Julie, the tech expert, was really great at explaining all the tech features the car has. She is very friendly and took lots of time making sure we understood all the extra things our car could do (because cars do way more than just drive now!) Our overall experience was actually quite pleasant, which is weird to way when describing the experience of buying a car. More
