WORST car buying experience EVER!!! After leaving the dealership yesterday because they didn't want to honor the negotiated lease price, I left. (It went up $40/month). I received cal After leaving the dealership yesterday because they didn't want to honor the negotiated lease price, I left. (It went up $40/month). I received calls from 3 separate individuals this morning, wanting to know what they could do to make the sale. While the reason for the change in price was explained, I indicated I would only come back in today, for the original offer. They verbally agreed to the original offer!!! I spoke to Leslie, Derrick and Felicia, who all SWORE they would honor the original price, if I'd come back. I confirmed again the reason for the original increase in pricing would NOT be an issue and they assured me it would NOT! I even confirmed again right before driving the 45 minutes back to their location. They promised they would honor the deal, profusely apologized for the inconvenience and continued to ensure me if I drove back in this afternoon, they would make good on the deal. I returned to the location at 3:30pm and within 15 minutes, I was again told that they would not offer the original offer, so not only did they waste my time to return, but I feel scammed! It didn't help that neither Felicia nor Leslie were at the location, even though I had spoken to them an hour earlier! (I'm not even sure if they are real people!) After understandably being very aggravated, I asked for the General Manager's contact info. I was given the dealership's phone number!!! I was then told the GM would be unavailable for a week, had no voicemail or email! When I asked for a Regional Manager's name and number, I was told they don't have one. All of it seems SUSPICIOUS to me! This experience was EXTREMELY unprofessional and felt like a complete scam!!! More

Cars are cheaper than the rest but financing is much harder Steve Rayman had the cheapest cars by far but financing is harder. They give the lowest valve for a trade.
