Excellent I cannot express enough how great this dealership really is. In particular, Steve Cole. He was our salesman and after searching at many other dealerships, we decided to buy a car from Steve Rayman. First and foremost, Mr. Cole worked hard to get us the right deal. We ended up buying a Camaro which has very little miles on it and in perfect condition. I did not feel that we were pressured into buying a car from him. He made the car buying experience very pleasant. This dealership deserves a 10 out of 10 in every aspect. I will certainly send anyone I know there to by a car and will buy all of my future cars from Steve Cole. More

Great Customer Service While driving to work yesterday, my tire indicator light came on and I decided to stop by the dealership. I was hesitant about stopping by because I was trying to get to work early. I was greeted several times by very personable employees, that wanted to make sure that I was being taken care of. James looked at my Corvette and determined that one of my sensors was bad. James was very personable and replaced my sensor in a very timely manner. I was very grateful for his nice personality and prompt service. It's very nice to great service when you unexpectedly have to spend $200.00. Thank you James for your assistance. More

Went in on Friday to look for new car haven't heard back We went in on a Friday looking at a Malibu, we are military to it's military appreciation month. There was a bad storm and the computers were kicking We went in on a Friday looking at a Malibu, we are military to it's military appreciation month. There was a bad storm and the computers were kicking back our application and a few others. They told us to go home and they would call us on Monday to let us know about our loan status. Here it is Tuesday and no word from them. We chose to look at Steve Raymond bc of the credit amentsy and the military discount and it was military appreciation month as well. I feel as though they haven't tried every thing in the powers to help finally out us in a new car. We are going on almost a year of no car! More

AVOID!! Worst Service and Experience Ever I took my 2011 Camaro in for service for multiple of issues. The first contact person that I spoke to was Naye Higgins who I explained my car issues t I took my 2011 Camaro in for service for multiple of issues. The first contact person that I spoke to was Naye Higgins who I explained my car issues to. To be brief my vehicle was in service for over 30 days because service failed to address all issues and was have doing the work. After weeks of frustration, I contacted the service manager Rickie Nelson who was out during the entire time that car was in service. When I finally spoke to Mr. Nelson, he was very abrupt, discourteous,gruff,impolite,disrespectful, uncivil and curtail. I requested to speak to his manager and per Mr. Nelson there was know one above, refused to provide me with his manager information and to service my vehicle any further; that wasn't the end Mr. Nelson even went to the extend to saying if I come to the dealership he would call the police and have me arrested. After experiencing the most demeaning and disparage service I decided to take to go to the dealership to pick up my car from service and to seek out his manager. When I and my male friend went to the dealership to pick up my vehicle we spoke to Naye Higgins the representative who was handling my service request he had us waiting for over an 1hr without helping us so at this point my friend and I decided to walk to the sales floor to find out who the General Manager was which we were introduced to Buck Murray. At that time Mr. Murray seemed to be very concerned and appalled at the level of service that I had received and insured me that he would look into it and give me a call back. Needless to say after waiting to hear back from Mr. Murray I decided to contact him to find out what was going to be done about my vehicle not being completely serviced and his dealership was paid to service my car. I was shocked at Mr. Murray tone and response. Mr. Murray did not give me the opportunity to talk, refused to assist, and asked that I reframe from coming to the location again. I have never felt so belittled in life! I am being treating as if I committed a crime and a threaten him or his staff. I advise anyone to be admonish about this dealership. More

He worked me in that day and the work was completed quickly and efficiently. Would highly recommend them to anyone needing service on their cars. Thanks!!!! More
