My husband and I were looking for another Kia. Since 02 we have had two Sedona,s and have loved them. My husband had a major stroke in December and can not drive anymore. We went to Paul Cereme because we have had unpleasant dealings both times at the other dealers. The best thing that has happened to us in ages was meeting Sharon Dash. Immediately she put us at ease . She asked several questions like what color don't you want and what type we were interested in among several other questions. She then said I will be back with a car for you to drive. She ple drove up with the perfect car. This time we wanted an SUV and there was the Sorento. It had 4 miles on it and a Dark Cherry coloring. I was so pleased. My husband and I took a test drive and new this was the one. I am really happy because I have 3 grandsons that I haul around alot and couldn't believe it had a 3rd row of seats. Sharon explained everything from front to back. Programed my phone to bluetooth and explained everything to us. Our next incounter was with Ezell Watkins and the financing. He was so pleasant and made us feel at ease. I want to say that these two people made our afternoon very pleasant, stress free and very much at ease.
