I saw a vehicle online that I was interested in. I happened to be in the area and stopped in to LOOK. Neil met me in the parking lot. I thought he'd try to talk me into any car just to make a sale. I was surprised as how fast he completed the financial process. When my transaction was complete Mr. Yancy gave me a tour of the service area as he explained the process to me when I return my car for service. After the tour Mr. Yancy escorted my new vehicle as he programed my radio and walked me through other features of my new Kia. Mr. Yancy I appreciate all the hard work. I experienced three things that I have never come across at a car dealership til now; (1). A professional and fun atmosphere of workers that works well together as a team, (2). A dealership that provides great customer service, and (3). A dealership that really cares and work hard to make their customers happy.
