I recently purchased a used car from another dealership in St. Louis. My experience with the other dealer was terrible and I was very wary about going through the process all over again. I knew I would be carrying over money from my previous loan- Joe & Ezell worked to help find a rate and term that worked for my budget. Joe took the time to explain everything on two different cars to me decide which one would work better for me. I chose a 2013 Soul which I love. I am able to throw my bicycle in the back to take to the park. I would recommend a Soul to anyone and would refer them to this dealer. Once the paperwork was finished on the new Soul Joe took the time to go over the car (in the rain) and explained all the features. I was also able to purchase a cargo snap cover and an arm rest at a reasonable rate with installation fees. Looking back I wish I would have researched new cars vs. old cars and chose to go to this dealer instead to avoid all the headaches. More

When I walked in, I had no idea how to proceed. Ms. Dash saw my disbelief and I couldn't even describe in words what I was dealing with. i had been down the street a used dealership and almost purchased a c saw my disbelief and I couldn't even describe in words what I was dealing with. i had been down the street a used dealership and almost purchased a car I did not like. I had left a significant down payment, but told them I would return later. For some reason my rental car pulled into your lot. It took awhile, for me to formulate my words to Ms. dash and the only clear thing I could say was "this ain't right" and "I have to get my money back" and then again "this ain't right". Ms Dash said let's run your credit and see what you going on. My thought was I don't know about a Kia, I had just had my beloved Lexus due to it being totaled, but we looked at the Optima. Ms. Dash quickly went to finance in the building, but they were busy, she bolted across the street and gave my info to Trisha. Still unable to focus, I left to retrieve my money from the other dealer and attempt to eat, when I returned I was presented with a deal. Ms Dash took me to drive what would be my new car. She said, I want you to really drive it and I did and was pleased. We returned and Trisha gave me the numbers. I needed more money, but not much more. After another miniature breakdown I got the money. I was in Trisha's office apologizing while I frantically made calls and in disbelief over how cool and collected this woman was with me. Trisha eased my mind and we talked for awhile and even realized we has some commonalities. All the time Ms Dash also continued to look in on me and returned saying is this the same person, because I had returned to the world and was no longer catatonic. I wasn't there hours and I walked out of there feeling uplifted and lighter. Ms Dash took control of my obvious disbelief that I was going to be taken at another lot and put in a car that was not me at all. Ms Dash told me this deal is going work basically due to girl power and it did. I'm happy and content with my new car, but more so happy about the service I received. I personally work all day at helping people put fires out and deal with crisis and during this situation I needed the help and received it. All I can say is thank you.
